Return Policy


Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, are in new condition and include all original product packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be no returns or exchanges on worn, altered or washed clothing, Locksets, Keys, Vintage and Obsolete items, helmets, electrical parts, painted parts; exchanges on blemished or closeout items subject to availability. Please be sure you are satisfied with your order before you check out. Feel free to email us with any specific questions you may have about any particular style.
Return Policy
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly take it back within 30 days of the original ship date and a refund or exchange will be granted. The item MUST be returned within 30 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping costs on any non-damaged returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded. The only exceptions are in the rare cases where an incorrect item is sent or the shipping company (USPS/UPS) or Latus Motors Harley Davidson
delayed your order. In these cases, we will reimburse UPS Standard Ground shipping costs only.

CLOTHING
All items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received. Do not cut off the label or care instructions that are sewn into a garment before you have decided to keep it. This will result in a non-returnable item. Latus Motors Harley Davidson
will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed in any way, dried in a dryer, or damaged/ stained in any way.

MODEL SPECIFIC PARTS
Any parts returned for credit or exchange must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. BE SURE THAT YOU ORDER FOR YOUR SPECIFIC VEHICLE. Please be aware of this policy before beginning installation of any model specific part.
How To Return Items
A Return form can be downloaded HERE.

All returns or exchanges MUST have a Return Authorization Number included. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, call 877-468-7584 and speak with a customer service representative. Be sure to write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the shipping box and on the return form.

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Latus Motors Harley Davidson

Restocking Fees
Restocking Fees We know that shopping online can be difficult. We do everything we can to help with this process and even provide measurements of each product on the product page. If you ever have questions about the fit of a particular item, please do not hesitate to ask us.

Having said that, all returns are subject to a 25% restock fee. We will notify you if we feel a restocking fee is justified.
